Enrique Ghersi

Enrique Ghersi was born in Lima, 1961. Member of Mont Pelerin Society. Professor of Law & Economics in several universities in Peru. Congressman for Lima (1990-92). Coauthor with Hernando de Soto and Mario Ghibellini of the best seller The Other Path.  He received the Honoris Causa Doctorate in Social Sciences from UFM in 2011.
